While making the rounds of other discussion boards I see that thestudentisready is asking the same questions elsewhere, must be some unkown motivation there. However the owner of one boards reply:
"Advice to you: Start buying some real estate! We seen these type posts before.. and the majority never have bought property and NEVER will. Stop riding the fence of over-analyzing and get busy. None of this matters unless you buy property
Next, when you buy property hire a CPA like the one that posts here. You're suppose to be an investor not a tax expert."
I find that a brief hiatus is needed at times. Like my children some of these people want to be handed everything with no thought, work, effort, risk of their own.
I have 5 PM/emails from a lady that wants me to go into the trust, S corp, double blind techniques in specifics and make it tailored to Florida.
A time comes to just "Do something!"
Have peopler forgotten what a library is? Does anybody read any more?
IF "the student is ready" then he should be acting

The lost arts of reading and researching. You'd think people would want to exercise their own minds. Yes, get some direction and pointers, but then run with the ball. Libraries, virtual and otherwise, contain so many treasures on so many subjects.
I private messaged him when he only had about 200 posts for the month and informed him that he was giving bad advice or no advice at all and should stick in the areas of his expertise rather than answer every post on the board.
He said he felt he did not want to get in a peeing contest with me and he had nothing better to do than post. So in my "How To Win Friends & Influence People" style of posting, I said "what contest I have the delete button you lose, no contest".
He needs to be pulled up, he is wasting the members time reading his dribble and burning up band width.
Joel, may have an answer what is the proceedure for this type of poster?

Is it me, or does anyone else feel like having a box of lucky charms. I'm going to start looking for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
Derrick,
I think this poster is at the end of the rainbow "cjmazur" so this is what you will find there.
244 posts that relate to nothing and then he starts with the PM me routine.
When I start understanding what these kind of posters are saying I too will purchase a box of Lucky Charms because my luck wil have run out.

"cjmazur" 335 post so far and it's only the middle of the month. he has no properties, no comments, and i'm pretty sure no substance in his post.
Could we add another reason for being put in jail which is called "fluff posting"? Because that's all it is.[ Edited by nebulousd on Date 06/17/2004 ]

Rock2000 was no slouch when it came to posting to move up in the rankings, he never did come back, probably ran out of ink in his keyboard.
Yes, eventually they do find other means to satisfy their quest for the "Posting Grail".
