Vacant Lots: Are they good for mobile homes?
I've been eyeing several vacant lots with the interest of buying the property (which is property of the county: tax forcelosures) The properties are in residential areas, so I figure to rent the land out to mobile home owners, or even buy a mobile home and charge for rent a land. How and what do I do to prepare the land for a mobile home usage (zoning, plumbing, power) Please help???

You would start at your County Planning Office or equivalent in your area. They will give you what the zoning is where the lots are located.
A little hard to guess since you said it was a residential area where the lots are located. Sounds like SFH zoning.
