Pro Forma
Hello, all. I am a newby in the big ATL and I am trying to build a biz plan for the lending institutions. Anyone with insight to the Pro Forma setup? And where can I find the software to make it less taxing(I love using that word, considering I plan on Cash-out/Refi on the properties). Thanksnull 
If you learn Microsoft Excel it will do the column calculations for you. Also you can make a template that you can re-use so all you need to do is plug in the numbers, and use Auto Sum key.
Once you master Excel work your way up to MS Access database program it has more functionality but it may be more than you need. As far as a program specifically for Pro Forma's I dont know of any.
