Move The Doublewide Or Tear It Down?
I have a lot under contract in a manufactured home community which is zoned for manu. I intended to flip it, but am considering keeping it long term if I can manage something else. About 4 miles away there is a doublewide which is in the middle of two lots in a neighborhood full of stick built houses. I can subdivide the two lots after a teardown or moving the doublewide to my vacant lot. Can someone provide a rough estimate of the cost of moving and setting up a used doublewide approximately 4 miles away? The doublewide is 10 years old and in excellent condition. A “wild assed guess” would suffice because I’m approaching it as a teardown anyway.
