MH Investing
I haven't invested in MH before, but today in my local paper I saw an investment opportunity for a 2/2 MH with currently occupied $500 rent, with an extra lot for $40k.
I haven't done enough research to know if this is a good deal, infact until today I've never considered it.
What are some examples of good MH deals for investing? I don't want to over look any kind of real estate investment, are MH easy to rent?

In general they are if your not looking to refinance them. In florida, be sure if the MH is still "titled" or if it still has the Axle on it that you correct that.
What are of Florida are you looking in?
I have access to a 4 acre lot in Obrien Florida for 20K that has a slab, septic, power, and a well on a 4 in Pipe with a second 4 acre lot and MH on it for 65K. That has shown to be reasonable for that area but there is only sporadic renters available..
