Manuf Housing / Modular / Mobile
I’m getting a little confused with the labels here of different housings, please let me know if I have this straight and feel free to straighten me out
Mobile - on wheels, trailer park type
Manuf Housing: housing built in a factory shipped to the site and assembled on site - tend to look more like a stick built
Modular - ?
When I hear the term double wide - I think of two prebuilt trailers (but now really on wheels) set on land to make a more permanent looking house back to back. am I on target hear?
Modualr is the same as Manufavtured. They are built to a higher code than Mobile.
