I was wondering if anybody would share their experiences with buying and selling manu homes. Good idea, bad idea? Pluses and minuses? Thanks for any response.
buy low sell high....expect long turnaround depending on demand in your area. If you can get the right buys...ie sw for around 3-5k and sell for around 8-10k not a bad deal....do 2-3 of those a month. alot of stress involved oh well...thats the price we pay

As to long turn-around...
1. On average what should one expect for turn-around?
2. What tends to make the turn-around long? Any specific factors that are the main cause?
