Go to all of the mobile home dealers in your area... They should have a nice sized list for you on repos in your area...from the various lenders they use... I have 4 dealers 45 minutes from my home and check with them about every 60 days and get the occassional phone call from them now and again on leads.

try calling your mobile home parks for abandoned homes. Try calling mobile home finance companies and retail and wholesale mobile dealers. Try running an ad in your local paper advertising "mobile home wanted" and state the price range or years that you are looking for.
