What companies out there finance Mobile homes? I'm reading Lonnie Scruggs book currently and I'm all ears.
What companies out there finance Mobile homes? I'm reading Lonnie Scruggs book currently and I'm all ears.
Not reading very closely. Lonnie says buy cheap for cash and you be the lender. Greentree lends, but for an investor, a WLOC (working line of credit) is a good way to go.
