Best State To Buy Small Park Florida Or Louisiana
i am about to by one of 2 small parks, less than 10 mh. have a choice of florida or louisiana. can anyone tell me which state is easier to operate with regards to state laws and regulation

I dont know LA, but Florida laws are geared towrds the landlord more so than the tenant. The only thing they get upset about is when you displace the mobiles and build condos. Your evictions are 30 days and cost $191.50 , (includes the sherriff) if you do the paperwork yourself. If you seize the mobile you have to put it up for auction and be the highest bidder above what they owe you.

La. is pretty easy state to operate in. But the lot rent is probably higher in FLa. What area of the state are you looking in?
