Anyone experienced in Laundromats?
There is a building in my small community that is about to be vacant, that I believe I can get my hands on. It would be perfect for a laundromat because the floor plan is wide open. Has anyone had any experience with this? I have heard that this is a tax free biz. Also would like to know how difficult it would be to transform a building into a laundromat that doesn't already have the existing plumbing and electrical system. I guess I am wondering if it would be worth the time and money. The closest laundromats are 15 and 27 miles away.
