Mobile Home Question
my grandmother is 80 living in a mhp in a single wide 1994 trailer in indiana, she can no longer take care of the mh let alone herself we want to move her in with us she gets ss monthly and has a few stocks not worth much is it wise to do a voluntary surrender she owes more than it is worth and if she tries to let someone take over the pymts the mhp gets to say who can buy and who cant plus if she does the latter and they trash it she is left with an even worse scenerio. any suggestions?
