Ideally the best way is to get a spot of land, check your zoning, hire a general contractor to help with the associated costs per pad. Then you will need to have enough capitol to move in some mobiles to start them out. Your best bet would be to start the process by hitting the books offered here on this website. Good luck
Owning a mobile home park has always been a dream of mine too. What do you mean by having the capitol to move a few trailiers in? I was under the impression that I would not own any trailiers but just rent the space for them to sit.
Ray alcorn and Ernest Tew have cost inexpensive courses on this. I would have thrown Lonnie in the mix but Lonnie doesn't teach you jack about building mobile home parks LOL
Dinker
I highly recommend you buy Lonnie Scruggs $30.00 deals on wheels book. He's go into detail behind the philosophy of owning the lots and the homes
