I'm looking to sell mobile home notes (homes without land, but excellent payment history)! Any suggestions or ideas? rasberry

    Homes without land are a hard sell, at least in my limited history of birddogging these. If the buyer defaults the investor has to move the house, and that can get expensive.

    Thanks for the input. The money is coming in from the sale of the home, but I could use a lalgre sum upfront.
