Mobile Home For Sale In Texas
Can someone tell me how to sell my mobile home in Crowley, Texas. It is a 1999 Palm Harbor windzone II home. It is in excellent codition. It is located in a park. I owe 46500 but the mortgage company said that the loan is assumable and they will take a short sale on the home. I am 2 months behind but I can make one payment. Is there any other information that I should post?

You've said they'll take a short sale...so test them. Call or write them and ask them how much they'd take, cash, now...then you'll know what they'll take.
Knowing cash it'd take, you can then try finding your "Lonnie" buyer to give you a note, and maybe sell it before you even cash out the lender.
And, even if YOU don't have that much cash, if you have good Lonnie buyer in hand, it shouldn't be hard to advertise for and find an investor who'd like to make 15-18%, etc., and buy out your lendert for as much as it takes.
You've read Deals on Wheels, right? If not, do so now so you know what I'm talking about.
