Mobile Home And Land In CA (Bay Area)?
My boyfriend and I are planning on buying a home next year, and a manufactured one is an option. We do not, however, want to lease the land, so I'm wondering if there are any home and land packages in this area?
There are several communities here, but they all have a lot fee.
Any info. is greatly appreciated.
