If i were trying to find expired listings in Atlanta, but i live in Augusta, GA, could an Augusta real estate agent pull expired listing in Atlanta?

That agent would need to be a member or subscriber to the MLS in Atlanta. Just because you are an agent somewhere, doesn't give you access to information all over the place. In my area, there is a different MLS for each county, sometimes those counties are split up into special little sub-groups.

Not to be too obvious, but the best way to find out if they can pull listings would be to call one and ask them. grin

I am a member of GaMLS and FMLS in the Atlanta area. You can email me if you like.

If you know an agent already in Augusta and you want to use then ask that agent.

Many MLS do spread into other counties.

My MLS in California covers many central and northern counties ... not just the county where my office is located.

Hey ... Redding poster ... I even have a listing in Shingletown that is in my MLS.

http://www.metrolist.net is the PUBLIC ACCESS MLS that I participate with for Northern California and Central California. It is an excellent and easy to use website with photos and property info, and listing agent contact.
