Missouri Requirements
I was reading the Missouri Revised Statutes and came across an interesting section in regards to out of state bidders at tax auctions. It basically says that all out of states have to appoint an agent within the county, I assume to make service of process easier.
Has anyone bid in Missouri as an out of state. How does this work. The statute says that the agent has to be in the county, so do you go and pay a lawyer 200 bucks to serve as your agent?? Do you go door to door soliciting agents (joke!!).
Just wanting more information is anyone would be abliged to share.

Missouri also has all counties bidding on one day per year.
