Minimum Documents To Sell RE

What is the minimum number of documents, and what are their names, in the states where you invest?

I'm talking about the simplest of all transactions, the Purchase and Sale Agreement, and what else?

Are you asking for help with documents in specific states where you want to invest?

Or starting a comparison state by state on purchase contract forms?

    Thanks, Cheryl.

I'm inviting a comparison, which will help new investors see the ease of the process in their States.

I'm also looking to get ideas of some States to invest in. I have relatives in seven of them, so it should be possible for me to visit and conclude a sale.

I'll kick it off as I should have yesterday!

    Oklahoma is an Abstract State.
Therefore, the minimum documents needed to completely and legally convey real estate here are:

    1. Contract For Sale Of Real Property (under various names)
    2. Warranty Deed (or seller-financing with Contract For Deed)
    3. Abstract Of Title
