I'm inviting a comparison, which will help new investors see the ease of the process in their States.
I'm also looking to get ideas of some States to invest in. I have relatives in seven of them, so it should be possible for me to visit and conclude a sale.
ALAN --
Are you asking for help with documents in specific states where you want to invest?
Or starting a comparison state by state on purchase contract forms?
Cheryl Lopez
Thanks, Cheryl.

I'll kick it off as I should have yesterday!
Oklahoma is an Abstract State.
Therefore, the minimum documents needed to completely and legally convey real estate here are:
1. Contract For Sale Of Real Property (under various names)
2. Warranty Deed (or seller-financing with Contract For Deed)
3. Abstract Of Title
