MH Investor Onboard!
Hello all - have lurked here before, been absent awhile. I am pretty active on that other board, see-are-eee, you know . . .
I have been investing through my S corp in movers into parks, and in-place MHs in parks for just over two years now.
Starting into L/H packages, but still find it hard to beat 200-300 cashflow for four years or more on a 1000 investment! Of course, there's more profit, and unending cashflow potential with L/Hs, but there's a lot more $$ at risk too! I am *really* close to matching my JOB income with note income, and so soon I will be shifting to full time!
I would like to see another online MH resource, so I'm tossing my hat in here. Part of what I hope to glean from networking with folks like you are methods to streamline my business; I also enjoy helping others with their particular issues and questions as much as I can. While I do teach occasional classes for $$ to people who want to learn how to work this angle in Washington, there are principles and strategies that span the US, and I look forward to helping to spread the good word of OPPORTUNITY here.
