Metrolitan Mortgage Filing Bankruptcy?!!
Is this really true? Saw a blurb on www.papersourceonline.com about Met Mortgage filing? Anyone know this to be true? why? how? how does that affect note investors? brokers? payors?

that happened months ago. They are just one group, the biggest, but so what. There are plenty of other investors out there buying paper, just means more business for the folks who have their operations buttoned down tight, which Met obviously did not.
As far as payors on notes that Met bought, I do not know. Luckily I got into this game before I had a chance to work with Met, just not necessary to do so.
