I have a lady who has lost her job and needs to sale her mobile home. I'm trying to help her find a buyer. Since I'm new to your forum and do not want to break any rules, can some offer advise on how I can get the details out to protenial intvestors here.
is her mobile home permanently attached to land, or sitting on a pad in a park?
If attached to land, she can use temporary owner financing to create two notes, a 1st and a 2nd, with a 10% down payment, and then sell the first lien at closing to a note buyer, thereby cashing her out and giving her cash flow as well on the second lien.
