Haven't done the mentorship with them, but i have a book by them. But I cant seem to understand, with all the free help out there, why would you pay those prices and not even know if you are goin to complete a deal. I personally will never pay for another book or seminar or mentorship program. TCI has unlimited resources and the people here have invaluable information available for anyone who askes and the best price around... .

I have heard good things in general about the Conti/Finkel mentorship program but have no personal experience with them.
A good mentorship program should do more than help you make a deal or two. It should also provide advice and guidance on how to setup business systems that help you be as productive as possible.
