Mentor in MN?
I'm a Realtor of 8 years, new to the foreclosure / investment scene. Looking for a mentor or any advice anyone can give me about this stuff... I know the "nuts and bolts" of real estate, but the whole investment thing is foreign to me and I'm trying to learn. Can anyone recommend specific courses? Give me any tips? Any mentors in the MN area?
