Maximum Cashflow Financing
I am not typically a buy and hold type of investor, but I have come across a property that would be a great cashflow generator. I could really ramp up the cashflow by going with a 3/1 interest only ARM. Appreciation rates around here are in the double digits so selling it in 3 years would still net a pretty good chunk in equity. Has anyone used the interest only ARM's and if so how did they work out for you?
