Matt Garcia
I just finished participating in a conference call featuring Matt Garcia, a self-proclaimed expert in the purchase of foreclosed and pre-foreclosed properties. He professes that he will provide the financing for the purchase of our first 5 properties as part of a joint venture with us and that he will utilize owner financing to purchase the note from us in cash at closing. Is this legit? Has anyone heard of him or his "system" before? I am a beginner investor and I don't want to get burned.
