Bought my bandits,put an add in the local paper the www.ismh.com book and website.Just wondering has anyone had success with local cable TV commercial.Also what % of the ARV does everyones purchases average.Feedback would be much www.apprieciated.THANKS W.M.R.

More important than getting your name out there, you want to get an immediate and measurable response from a targeted group of prospects. if in the process you gain a reputation, brand yourself, and "get your name out there"...so much the better.
The best way to do this is with direct response marketing. More specifically, direct mail. When done RIGHT, it can be very effective. I would study up on direct mail strategies for getting people to call you.
Send a powerful marketing message to a targeted group of prospects to get the motivated sellers to call yo. Then when you talk to them, they are pre-screened and pre-disposed to business with you.
If you are lacking in funds, you will have to exchange cash for time. Pound the pavement to find your real estate investing deals. Make some calls. Make contacts. Knock on some doors. I much prefer to save my time and energy when I can help it though.
