Yes and Yes, you want to also call realtors and explain what you are looking for.

What kind of houses are you looking to buy? Owner occupied, pre-foreclosure, fixer uppers?
Any of the above. Any home that I can buy and hold that will cash flow, or that I could fix and sell for a profit.
I recomend doing it with all tenants its hassle free! I only wish all my tenants would do it
