  What type of ads specifically, just FSBO? And as far as other investors are you talking about calling the numbers on We Buy Houses signs to see if they are selling anything.

  What kind of houses are you looking to buy? Owner occupied, pre-foreclosure, fixer uppers?

  Any of the above. Any home that I can buy and hold that will cash flow, or that I could fix and sell for a profit.

  I recomend doing it with all tenants its hassle free! I only wish all my tenants would do it
