Pretty sophomoric question:

What should I put on my business cards to market myself as a property wholesaler?

Thanks in advance!

Your Name, Phone #, Fax #, and anything else that may help someone get ahold of you. (Sophomoric answer I know), and if you have contacts. You could say "I have Buyers For Houses". I think that one's Derrick Ali's. Anyting to attract the attention of your target audience will help.

I have read several different theories to having colors that will attract attention, to having folding business cards with a story of how you've helped someone out of a tight spot etc.

I'm sure that they are all correct. I don't think that anything will work every time.
    Good Luck,
    Jeff

Thanks for the folding business cards idea....

should I also add a personal title. for example, "property wholesaler", etc. any suggestions? how do other wholesalers refer to themselves?

    Thanks again!

    jms6459,

In REI, you don;t really want a traditional Name, Title, Company type card. You want a business advertisement. I assume you plan to hand these out and leave them places for people to find. If so tell people what you and how you solve there problem. And as stated above give them ways to contact you. Keep your message simple and easy to understand. People will understand "I Buy Houses - Any Condition" better then "I am a property wholesaler".

And do use colors and text that stands out. And if you are looking for a "trick" buy the business cards that look like a folded hundred dollar bill. People keep those around....

    Hope that helps.
