I couldnt agree with Kmaurer more. Sure $125 is a lot for 96 pages in a year, but I bet you can learn a heckuva lot more by reading one of his more expensive books and/or pricey newsletter compared to all of the "feel good," motivational, fluffy, and novice- intended crap out there.
If you are serious about learning more about real estate investing and you have the money, I think he is the best "guru" out there. If you cant afford the $125, then dont get it.
Additional commentary at http://www.thecreativeinvestor.com/ViewTopic64122-33.html where I still think his Lease/Option product is well worth the money. Like many RE concepts, though, times change and your business implementation and execution need to adjust with the current realities.
These are the only two I am aware of, I have never read either.

$125.00 for a 8-page monthly newsletter?! There must be some real pearls in there.

I scan Affordable housing and Multifamily news, which have help stimulate my ideas, and have lots of contacts to network.
I presently do not have any subscription. But I am trying to
