Offering $ To Find Buyer

I remember people talking about selling their property and offering neighbors money if they found a buyer. Something about saying "pick your neighbor" or "have your children move next door", something like that. I also remember hearing about some leagality about dong this, like you cant pay someone to find a buyer. Can someone refresh my memory because I am thinking of doing this. Thanks.

No i think you have that wrong. Agents can not give finders fee. They would be violation the state board law, but a common investor can give fees all day long.

There is nothing to get around unless you are an agent. Private investors have very few restrictions.

nice post, and about the churches, do you think you would have to be religious.

Love bandit signs, and I work with people that will work with me. Since I do loans I work with rv sales, and boats to get home loans to finance bad credit. similarly im guessing pre forclosures could work with someone that does credit repair, collection services ect. Although im not to sure on privacy laws on that end
