Marketing To Seniors Who Own Their Property Free And Clear
Any ideas on how you would word a small ad?
I want it to be clear, yet not intimidating to seniors....something like:
Time to downsize? We can pay cash for your home, or even make payments to you at rates better than what you're currently getting at the bank. Also ask us about reverese mortgages, and get that equty OUT of your home
Any thoughts (fyi I am also a loan officer, that's why I offered the reverse mortgage note)
Be careful that you don't give the notion that you are taking advantage of old people.
