Marketing Lease Options
I tried the local newspaper under Lease Options with competative rents and even prices. Little response. Also posted ads like "No Qualifying. No Credit Check." in the for sale section with little response. This may be my local market...
How have some of you successfully found tenant/buyers for your lease option houses? What marketing methods brought you the most people wanting a lease option? I ordered some bandit signs and will try that method on the next house and keep you posted on the response rate.
