MARKETING FOR PROBATE PROPERTIES!
Hello All,
I was wondering if anyone has had success in marketing to estates in there area. How they went about it and if they have a good letter they are willing to share? It seems to be a touchy subect adn I am unsure of the best way to appraoch this topic.
Any help would be appreciated.

As far as Probates, a couple of years ago I spent alot of time looking through Probates, will , public records at the court house. Basically you look to see if they had anything to leave. We contacted several , look at several but never bought any. The best situation is if you find someone who has relatives out of state. They dont want the hassle. Its actually humerous at times. One I remember a guy had 6 kids, he left them each one dollar, the cat got everything else. I guess there is a lesson there somewhere. What happens to the property in a case like that who knows.
