Marketing For Owner Financed Deals
I was trying to find the best way to find potential buyers of Owner financed deals. I want to build a buyers list before I have properties so I can no where my clientel wants to have properties.
Secondly what is the best way to market for sellers that would be open for owner financed deals.
Is anyone having any luck with a particular type of advertising media for these types of deals??
