The best way to market a home for sale is to have one to sell first.
Then you run and ad in the major newpaper in your area using a "Message to Market" describing the home to who you believe will purchase it. This way the right buyer will respond.
Place some signs in front of the house, with the message you want potential buyers to see or tems on the sign that make it attractive to a buyer.

Only 4 people responded, 3 tirekickers. My bandit signs pulled in a better response for a fraction of the money. The signs in the front yard maybe. Its proven if you have a tight schedule then the paper is just not the way to go. But thanks anyway.
