Marketing Direct To Lenders For REOs
Does anyone have any luck marketing direct to REO contacts at banks? What sort of marketing do you do? We look at a lot of REO properties and have found the realtors who list them do a very poor job. We are interested in working directly with them to purchase prior to them being listed w/ a realtor.
It depends on your market, in slopw or stagnant markets the REO departments want to hear anything you have to say.
In my market they could care less and prefer to list it with their realtor for top value..
