Mailing To Mortgage Note Holders
I have been trying to come up with a form letter to send to mortgage note holders to get them to sell or at least talk to me about selling their mortgage note.
Does anyone have any letters that have used and had success in making contact or getting call-backs.

Simple is good. We have had pretty good luck just sending out a regular letter to them stating what we wished to do.
Mentioning that the can get cash now seems to help

The only way to know for sure is to try it for at least 3 months and see what happens.
That said, I do not think this would be a good demographic for preforeclosures or NOD leads.
I think that NPR is a little bit above most of these in my area..
