Letters To Parties Of Abandoned Homes
I have found some abandoned homes and contacted the courthouse to get the owner name and address.
I want to write them a letter. How should it be worded? Any advise. I want to use the home for my daughter to live in while she goes to college.
Who has been successful doing this?
i have found the simpiler the better. So keep it simple and to the point. But good luck getting them to contact you, not allways the easyest thing to do.
