Ideas For Large Billboard
I use bandit signs in most areas of my town but in one particular area the city won't allow bandit signs, I'm going to buy ad space on a billboard that a lot of my wholesale buyers request houses in that area. This is a very large board with a perfect view at a traffic light, I was thinking about using this:

XXX-XXXX
www.WEBSITE.COM
Should I include anything else on this large billboard?
Sounds like a great idea to get your message across to the public...
How much is that running you and what is your time span? Do you have the billboard for 6 months or a year - what is the contract for the billboard??

Traffic count 40,000 plus per day, sits right off an exit at a traffic light, I will use a special phone number for this board to track the calls....
The special phone number is a great idea. I'd work on the copy a little. One of the secrets to a good ad campaign is to stand out from your competition. As long as you have buyers for this area specify that in the sign. WE BUY HOUSES IN (NAME OF NEIGHBORHOOD) This way you don''t look like every other we buy houses sign.
Also either get a toll free number or one with a local exchange.
