How about this?Advertise on the taxicab www.tops.The big neon boards on top of the taxicab?
I am sure the potential is tremendous as these guys roam around the city all day long and there is a greater audience for your ads...

This is a good strategy buses are also good. Get a graphic wrap done for your car and all family members you furnish a car for. Why not,they drive the car at your expense.
Full body wrappers on the skyscrapers are also good. Big time hit n LA. If you decide to visit, can't miss it around the airport.
how bout a I BUY HOUSES tatoo across your belly, while you stand there cheering topless for the home team at your local football game. that'll stick out, course you wanna do something that will contrast against your skin complexion so they can see it.

how bout have a huge cheese head hat with I BUY HOUSES marked on all sides while you run downtown on your daily jog, it'll serve multiple purposes. Advertise, keep your head warm, and make you look like a cool guy who is both in style and show pazazz for your bravery among your social peers.

Perhaps a 24 sheet board on Sunset Blvd. "I buy houses" and a picture of Trump Tower. Now theres a nothing down deal. Maybe you can get a discount on one of the 12 pieces of paper that equal up to over l and a quarter more then value.
Perhaps a projection ad across the street from the "House of Blues" Now that covers a whole building. I can see it now, why lose your house to just anyone call me. And once again a projection of a really well built young lady with a big tatoo on her chest "Sold".
