Do I Have To Seperate
I have a contract for a deal with a single family home and two vacant lots. The contract was wrote up with a pins on one contract, now the mortgage company wants to break it up and produce two contracts instead of one. This is going to cause me more money and can I just leave as is. Can anyone please help me work this deal?
Well I would have to bet there is more going on than you know. If a bank wants two separate contracts there is usually something wrong with the title like it is open ended. Or there might be a conflict with the survey on file. You need to find out exactly why they are requesting this
