Blanket Mailing
I am sending postcards to about 400 houses at a time. SHould I send 1 mailing to each list or should I be sending out multiple mailings to each owner? I just sent out my first 400 and want to send out another 400 mext week but I dont know if I should start another area or re-send to the same people.
What type of property/owner are you targeting?
Mostly sellers in trouble but really anyone trying to sell.
The more mailings the better. And I would advise to have the mailings different in nature--meaning not the same exact letter or postcard.

Hey there, Bill. I'd send to a new area this week, but back to the first bunch in a few weeks. The higher responses are from multiple mailings, or so all the courses say. Maybe rotate 400 letters to 3 or 4 areas, one each week.

Well I cant really afford to send 400 postcards each week although I would like to. I am thinking 1 mailing every 2 weeks. I like the idea of hitting the original 400 the next cycle.
I am sending postcards to a zip code I want to buy in. I just use the USPS website and it costs me about $100 for 400 postcards. They should be at their destinations by now and NO calls so I am hoping to get some soon.
