Best Way To Get A Handel On This Property
Ok pros looking to some ideas on this one.
This is what I know about it so far
1)Property Vacant for at least 5 yrs.
2)Great location its the only ugly home for miles.
3)No Mortage on property
4)Name listed on tax records owns other property in area. This is the only one with a house on it
5)Taxes have allways been paid(untill this quarter)
6)All other property taxes are deliquient also
7)I know last assessed value of home is about 1/3 of what the property is woth allone.
It seams to me that owner is dead or ill and has not take care of his responsibilities
Now the question is what approac Do I take to get this one?

You might try speaking with the neighbors in the nice houses in the area. Tell them that you are interested in purchasing the ugly home and making it a "nice and attractive" home. You can be sure that the neighbors don't appreciate this "ugly house" in the neighborhood and would love for someone to come in and fix it up. They just might know the situation of the owner, how to contact the owner, etc.
