Adding Educational Material, Seek Reviews
I put aside funds every month for education.
I am looking to add educational material to my RE library in regards
to marketing for motivated sellers.
Has anyone purchased and used the marketing program from Ben Innes-Ker?
I am interested in getting reviews from people that have used it.

I've never heard of that guy, but one program i do recomend is Robert Kiyosaki's real estate package.
