Marketing Vacation Rentals?
What is the most effective way to market a vacation rental? I have seen various websites that attempt to market rentals online and have quite a few in their database, however when I talk to property management companies, they emphasize the importance of a more personal sales approach.
The reason I ask is that I have started a company that markets vacation rentals to special interest groups. My website (www.StokeBay.com) has a well defined target market (Surfers) and markets vacation rentals and real estate to Surfers.
