Which marketing program is worth buying?.. The one by Scott Rister for $299 or the one by Ben Innes-Ker for $497..
Do you recommend either program?
Let me know ASAP because I'm planning to buy the one by Ben Innes-Ker but am curious about the one by Scott Rister since it is cheaper.

Objective: To earn some cash flow by assigning properties I place under contract to all cash investors on a part-time basis.
Likewise, I like the idea of getting motivated sellers to call me like the Ben Innes-Ker and Scott Rister's programs preach.
I will like to market to motivated sellers in foreclosure, sellers who own red tag properties, and other sellers in distress. I also plan to locate motivated sellers by driving neighborhoods and by searching the public property records.
So which marketing program would you recommend to get my phone ringing with motivated sellers..Ben Innes-Ker or Scott Rister's?
