Market Specific Forums
How about individual forums for individual markets. Like a general forum for each market that we have several members from i.e. California, Florida, Texas, Chicago, etc. just a thought.

The Topics and Comments on the left hand side is where you want to focus your attention on. That is what is going on thoughout the Residential/Commercial side (depending on what side of TCI your on).
But the purpose of having many forums is that problems/answers can be easily searched.
