Market In St. Louis, Missouri

Hello. I live in Northern California and am doing REI full-time. I was looking into Real Estate in St Louis. Is anybody familiar with the market there? What are your opinions on investing in that part?

I am looking at both single-family homes to flip or multi-unit residential units to keep for cash-flow.

Your opinions are greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Alexander.

    Hi there,

I am a licensed commercial broker in St Louis. I deal mostly with investment property, multi-family, office and industrial. I also have some good leads on packages of single family investment properties in the Tower Grove area, many other areas. Let me know what you need, and I'll find it for you.

    Thanks.

This is to all you Mo native ... how is the economic climate in the big Mo overall?
I'm here in NY and notice alot of Mo license plates lately.

I suspected that it had to do with some sort of economic down turn in your overall economy.

I have both visited and driven through your state. In addition, I have a pertinent other who is from U. City.

Concluding, what is housing market index for areas in STL or areas close by?
    Thanks in advance

Too many deals to talk about, STL is great. I'm very happy with the market, I always find a hustle a day here. Lots of multi 2-4 unit brick & morter flats with killer cash flow. Not to get all soft on you, but I feel very fortunate as an RE investor / landlord to have a market like STL. We have all walks here from crappers to Boardwalk. Section 8 on Lindel is paying 20% over FMR in my opinion (you gotta neg.)...you just can't lose here....well, yea , if your an idiot I guess you could, but really folks it's good here, so stay away. We don;t need you outa towners kill'n it for www.us.LOL Sign up we got plenty.
    Welcome to STL.
