I have only invetesed in my own backyard to date.
I am considering SF rental property in St. George Utah. Does anyone know how the rental market and appreciation is in that area? Or can you tell me where I could research that information, and what I should look for as far as doing my due dilligence. Selling prices, rental rates, vacancies, growth rate, etc....
Any detailed info would help a lot.
